Therapy for Children and Young People

Understanding Young People

Growing up can be overwhelming. Many children and teengagrs experience anxiety, pressure at school, friendship difficulties, or emotions that feel too big to manage alone. Therapy offers a calm, supportive space where young people can explore what is happening inside them and learn ways to feel more grounded

Who I Support

I work with young people aged 11 and above who may be experiencing:

  • Worry or anxiety

  • School-related stress or avoidance

  • Friendship or peer challenges

  • Sensitivity to change or transitions

  • Low confidence or self-esteem

  • Emotional overwhelm or difficulty expressing emotions

  • Anger

  • Sense of Self

My approach

I offer warm, grounded, and developmentally informed therapy. Young people often tell me they feel comfortable quickly because sessions are calm, predictable, and tailored to their needs. I use creative, conversational, and practical methods depending on what suits each individual.

Accessibility and Fair Pricing

I believe support should be accessible during the years when it can make the biggest difference. My young person rate can be set fairly to reduce barriers to therapy. The quality of the work remains the same; the pricing simply reflects my commitment to making support available when it is most needed.

Getting started

If you are a parent or carer seeking support for a young person, or a young person reaching out for yourself, you are welcome to contact me. We can arrange a brief conversation to explore what feels manageable and whether therapy may be helpful
